We provide extensive ongoing training for all of our staff through our BICSc Multi Site Assessment Centre. We are accredited to personally deliver BICSc approved training courses. BICSc are recognised as the industry’s leading provider in educational standards and qualifications within the cleaning industry, they are recognised by industry as the standard for cleaning excellence.
We also provide full project training so that every member of our events team is fully aware of the specific expectations at each event.
We also deliver a programme of in-house Customer Service focussed. This programme is designed to personally instil the responsibility of giving our customers the best possible customer service experience.
