As well as winning exciting new contracts and delivering services to some of Scotland’s largest sporting events recently, we have also been enjoying ourselves whilst helping to raise money for a fantastic charity!

Spectrum was delighted to have attended the Inspire Catering Shine Ball on Saturday 15th September at the fabulous location of Aker Solutions in Dyce, Aberdeen. We were proud to sponsor the Champagne Reception for the ball.

Inspire Catering is a Scottish catering business independently owned by David Pease and Lorna McFarlane since 2008, following a desire to offer something different in the catering industry.

It was the second annual Shine Ball, held in aid of the Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH). A fantastic total of £18,000 was raised at the ball, and we are honoured to have been part of an event which raised funds for such a worthy cause.

It was a sparkling occasion and Inspire Catering certainly put on an event to remember for all 230 guests who enjoyed the evening. As well as raising funds for SAMH, the ball celebrated 10 years of Inspire Catering, which was met with a delicious 10 course meal! Over 50 talented Inspire staff prepared and delivered the mouth-watering courses, from savoury delights to sweet treats.
