We are delighted to award our Employee of the Month June recognition to Scott Drummond and his team who work within our client’s site – a product development and electronic manufacturing site in Kelso. Scott has only been with Spectrum a few months however in his time on site he has built key relationships and a strong knowledge of the site.

Scott has excelled in his role, building excellent rapport with our client and consistently going above and beyond expectations. Scott’s positive attitude is infectious; when faced with challenges, Scott proactively seeks a solution to ensure services run smoothly. Scott excels in his planning and management of his team, ensuring client expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
